Icahn Enterprises L.P.’ stock IEP fell 3.6% premarket Monday, extending Friday’s losses after Carl Icahn’s investing arm said it’s halving its quarterly dividend. The news came as the company posted a surprise quarterly loss and after the stock was clobbered in May by a critical report from Nate Anderson’s short-selling firm Hindenburg Research.

P.’ stock IEP fell 3.6% premarket Monday, extending Friday’s losses after Carl Icahn’s investing arm said it’s halving its quarterly dividend.
