CDCgov Excellent advice. From someone who drinks too much sweet coffee & kicks back nicotine, dehydrated says the pee, nights sleep bewitched with thoughts, monitor sugar/hydration by ankle swell size, nominal exercise with dubious hygiene .. etc. I'm like totally the other team.

CDCgov Hey folks it's hard or impossible to practice self care when people are facing food insecurity, unemployed, Covid rages, housing costs half their income if they have any and we haven't begun to deal with national grief. Do more for regular people *concretely* before pushing this.
