The attending physician for the U.S. Capitol is warning that House lawmakers and aides may have been exposed to someone with the coronavirus when they were moved to a committee room for safety during a siege of the building on Wednesday. Dr. Brian P. Monahan, who leads the Office of the Attending Physician, said in a memo to all members of Congress and staff that "during this time, individuals may have been exposed to another occupant with coronavirus infection." He said that some people were in the room for several hours and that the time in the room was "briefer for others," but that individuals should get tested for the virus "as a precaution.
Lawmakers are eligible for a vaccine, but not all have been vaccinated. At least 15 to 20 lawmakers in the room were not wearing masks, one lawmaker in the room said in an interview, suggesting the risks from the airborne virus.
It was Michelle Steel from Orange County CA. Anti-masker whose action while recently on the Board of Supervisors drove the County health director to resign out of fear for her family.
They need to take Trump up on charges form, violation of people's rights, endangerment, every other thing, and the sun. Stop playing with this dude president or not he is not above the law, like some of these cops out here think they are. Give a lesson start with Trump.

I remember hearing a representative talking about this that night. Crammed in a small room and many not wearing masks. Don’t recall who it was but was a woman.
For those too dumb to wear masks they deserve to get sick. I'm tired of coddling the willfully reckless.

I've been concerned about the possibility of covid contact on those at the Capital, also the need to have the building totally disinfected. I thought it would have been closed for a few days. I hope everyone has covid tests and access to trauma counselling, similar to schools
I believe this may be true since the DISEASED RIOTERS looked like they hadn't bathed in a while.. so they likely brought in all sorts of bacteria, fungi, germs and other disease. Any way to dip the entire U.S. Capitol in strong sanitizer?

🍁 I saw a clip of a Congress women handing out masks to those jammed in a room. GOP Congressmen refused her offer. They put the Nations business at risk, choosing instead to be seen as supporters of Mr. Bigly Shameful behaviour now others may pay for wth perhaps their life😡
They told election lies about widespread election fraud even though they had paper confirmation to show it was not. Instead of telling the truth they told lies to maintain power and sacrificed a police brother in order to maintain their greed for power.
