OTTAWA - Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau should resign if he fails to win the most seats in next week’s election, his main rival, Conservative opposition leader Andrew Scheer, said on Thursday.
“A prime minister that enters into an election and comes out of that election with fewer seats than another party resigns,” Scheer told reporters during a campaign stop in Brampton, Ontario. “That is a modern convention in Canadian politics.” Asked during a campaign stop in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, whether he would be willing to form a coalition with the NDP, Trudeau did not answer the question or rule it out. Coalition governments are formal alliances where allied parties share Cabinet positions.
Scheer has said he would not join forces with another party, and it is unclear if he could turn to the separatist Bloc Quebecois for help.
That’s not conservative business it’s up to liberals
So logically andrewscheer should resign if the CPC don't win the most seats.
In my opinion, it is largely media’s fault for only concentrating & reporting mainly about Trudeau himself, and almost not at all about all other politicians who worked with him, supporting him, but mainly truly representing people of Canada locally AND nationally.
Nope eh
If Obama backs him, that’s a bad sign!!!!!! Beware!!!!!
When was Andrew Scheer hired as Liberal Party strategist?

.... and hand it over to NDP
Parliamentary rules and constitutional experts disagree. Oh yay, he hopes to be Canada’s Donald Trump Boris Johnson. How lofty.
Canadians are real tired of this guy
Everyone should vote Liberal even though I can understand why some people don’t want to. This is such a sensitive time around the world. Canadians need a figure like Trudeau to be in office.
It would seem that the voters have seen enough of increasing socialist-type govt spending while ignoring what's good for the economy.
Scheer can just piss right off!
