A German insurance company says the Northern California wildfire that killed dozens of people and burned down the town of Paradise was the world's costliest single natural disaster in 2018.

That’s ok because even before the fire was out Gov Brown signed bills that allow the power company to up their rates statewide to cover any potential liability. Cause a fire and the state lets you off the hook and sticks it to the ratepayers.

that IS what insurance is for. stop complaining. these people paid thousands of $ per year for decades. least you can do is honor them by paying without 'adjusting' trustworthy claims.

A fire going through a camp does not decide to burn all homes but no trees... the Cali fires had hundreds of trees burning from the inside, how does that happen without technology? It doesn't.

And now Trump is threatening to withold FEMA money from these victims. If it wasn’t Trump it would be unimaginable.

Climate change is real, what ever needs to be done has to happen or this will be our destruction, people died trying to get away that was some unbelievable stuff I feel for all those that was effected by this tragedy
