It doesn’t really make sense. If leadership actually had an effective distribution and in arm strategy, the state wouldn’t have to reserve an artificially high amount. The optics might “look good” yet it is unnecessary if you are diligently doing distribution. DoItRight

Priority to underserved communities is a more equitable approach to addressing the COVID19 ... they (communities) need More, Better & Quicker services. EquitableVaccination is the way to go as we look to GetBackToNormal life.
