Maine signed this into law last year.

This should be a federal thing for all States, no child should go without a meal.

Ohio has been doing that and free lunches for a couple of years now

Well they weren't interested in education, maybe they will do better as a restaurant.

This is great. California is definitely leading .

First state? No. Connecticut has done this for the past year and a half

Good

'free'

I am puzzled as to why you used a black child in this picture when talking about free lunch. How much white children compare to black children living in this state and somehow you selected a black child?

Is that the incentive for parents Eden’s their kids to school? To brainwash them into thinking the establishment “cares” about them? How about a proper EDUCATION system that ACTUALLY gives kids a skill to create a business or earn a great living & not just a programming.

And in some schools, supper! Thank you Newsom!

We had free food last year….

Massachusetts is doing it too.
