Yu Ben Meng, a U.S. citizen born in China, resigned from his position at the $400 billion fund last week, saying he needed to focus on his health and family. Know Uber isn’t afraid of being in a courtroom, but if they have to make drivers employees it might be game over. *shocked gasp* you mean...these poor, beleaguered companies are gonna be forced to treat their employees like employees *shakes with fury* even forced to respect their employee rights? WHAT HATH THIS ONCE GREAT NATION COME TO waaaa Agreed 💯 they can’t set all the prices and take whatever they want and just give a driver whatever they feel like.
