I can't understand why the branch suddenly closed without any notification to customers. Isn't it common sense to post notices and for tellers to alert customers the branch will be shut down on xx date? A big corp like BoA doesn't run on basic business practices? Unbelievable! 😒

just dealt with Bank of America. They allowed someone to cash a check that was stolen. The endorsement didn’t even match the account holders name. After 5 months and informing them that we contacted the DA’s office, it was resolved.
