When I worked at a burger joint, we had all the rights we needed, nothing more! If my manager kissed me (yes, it happened, sorry millennials) I kissed him back. It made things smoother for both of us! Dumb, it’s a point to protect the employees, but when it comes to wages, fast food jobs weren’t supposed to be full on careers. This bill is going to close a lot of restaurants and then that equals to fewer jobs. Unions don’t care about the people they care about themselves
