By The Numbers: Who’s Refusing Covid Vaccinations—And Why

ver 100,000 Americans are currently hospitalized with Covid-19, and over 1,000 people are dying every day. These are people from all walks of life - rich and poor, white collar and blue collar, old and young. But according to an estimate from the Kaiser Family Foundation, over 98% of them have one thing in common: despite the ready availability of Covid vaccines, they chose not to get them.

According to data collected by the CDC, which covers around 90% of shots given, 53% of recipients are women and 47% men.Polls consistently identify Republicans as the group least likely to report being vaccinated and the most likely to say they will never get a shot. This remains unchanged from polling in March, though both reported double-digit moves towards vaccination. 24% of white evangelical Protestants say they will never get vaccinated, the highest percentage among religious groups polled.

Workers in the tech sector reported the lowest levels of vaccine refusal—12%—and 71% of financial services workers reported being vaccinated, the highest among the sectors polled. Willingness to get vaccinated falls sharply along educational lines, according to polling by Morning Consult.

Because it’s their FREEDOM and RIGHT. God I can’t wait to see what the lefties have to say when the U.S. government has a population crisis like China and forces birth control and IUD’s on women.

The impact of fake-news, right-wing propaganda, and pseudo science is rampant. I am not being political here, COVID-19 shouldn't be politicised. It's there when you visit hospitals and see people fighting for beds, when you see the young fall ill and little children in graves.

TheDemocrats can just let the pandemic thin the GOP hurd. Very fitting seeing that the Republican party is the disinformation party and ones creating alot of issues wit FoxNews and newsmax and etc.. those close elections a few thousand more republican deaths equals ? Sad
