Had you told me before my trek to this

that I would inhale a burger with a sweet-tilted flavor profile, then wish there were more, I would have scoffed. Just not my thing.Pitmaster Justin Haecker has dreamed up a smash-style burger that left me happy I had made the drive from Houston and marveling over all the little details that make the sandwich so memorable.
