Has anyone else not had success getting their bulk trash picked up? Twice now 311 has said the item was “not found” but the item is exactly where it’s supposed to be for the pickup and its location was reiterated in the request.

First, it is so dumb that the dump is closed on the weekends for solid waste. That meant DC had to pay people to do what I was going to do for free. That said, I had to call for bulk pick-up and while they missed the scheduled date by a day, they did come and get it all.
