Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo departed Tuesday night's game against Boston in the third quarter after injuring his left calf. He will undergo an MRI, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

He remained on the floor as the Bucks called a timeout and his teammates helped carry him off the court and toward the locker room.

He finished 7-of-11 from the field with 15 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists. He left the arena without speaking to reporters.
