The Cleveland Browns are coming off a playoff berth last season, finishing the season with a record of 11-6. They dropped the wild-card game to the Houston Texans but found success while dealing with all sorts of injuries. The team believes that having more health will translate to another strong year and maybe more playoff success.
'Cooper is entering the final year of his current deal and likely wants more long-term security. He has been incredible for the Browns since being traded to the team, giving them a true No. 1 option on the edges of the offense.
