I tested both the Ricochet 3 and Levitate 4 on a flat, straight course. Gone is that hulky thickness; the leg fatigue that used to crop up early in my run disappeared. Brooks tweaked the placement of BioMoGo DNA, sectioning it off in the heel, with a patch of DNA Amp in the forefoot for stronger pushoff.The cushioning is still quite firm.
