February 18, 2020 - 20:12 GMT Aisha Nozari The BRITs paid a moving tribute to the late TV presenter Caroline Flack during the ceremony on Tuesday with Jack Whitehall telling the audience:"Over the weekend we heard the horrible news that a member of the Brits family, Caroline Flack, had passed away. She was a kind and vibrant person with an infectious sense of fun. She will be sorely missed. I am sure I speak for everyone here when I say we send our love to her friends and family.
On Tuesday night, Love Island returned to television and opened with a beautiful tribute to Caroline. The show began with a view of the sea, as Iain Stirling, read a heartfelt message to his co-star, which emphasised the importance of being kind to each other."We are all absolutely devastated by the tragic news that Caroline, a much-loved member of our Love Island family, has passed away," he began.
