Had he known it was the police on the other side of the door, he would have opened it.the door flew off its hinges, and Walker, thinking it was a home invasion, fired a single shot. Walker said an officer asked him if he was hit with any bullets. When he said no, the officer replied: “That’s unfortunate.”
