Braunwyn Windham-Burke responds to ex Sean's claim she doesn't spend enough time with kids

“The custody agreement has been followed. This does not change the fact that the court has awarded Braunwyn a certain amount of alimony and child support that has not been paid since it was issued in May.” “Over the last few months due to Braunwyn’s personal vacations and scheduled for November, she has only been in the home 1/3 of the time, instead of 2/3 of the time that child support was based on,” Burke, 50, states in the docs.

“I have been in our primary home with all the children, without Braunwyn,” he added, “for an average of 2/3 of the time.”The businessman is asking for a decrease in half of his monthly child support payments due to a purported “substantial increased timeshare with the children” amid his ongoing divorce from Windham-Burke.
