Johnna Rhone, 59 wrote a minimum of three notes with threatening language at the school in St. Clair Shores, said Macomb County prosecutor Pete Lucido.

Suburban Detroit teacher Johnna Rhone was charged Monday with making a false threat against Jefferson Middle School, which is where she works.

Lucido said one of the notes said:"Start break early. He's gonna do it. Just don't be in the hall after lunch. Boom! Get it?" ."The question becomes why? I've had to take a zero-tolerance policy on students calling in threats; now we have to worry about a teacher?"The Detroit News Judge Joseph Oster of the 40th District Court ordered Rhone under house arrest with a GPS tether until she undergoes a psychological assessment that decides whether she is a threat to the public, according to. Rhone is scheduled for a probable cause conference on Feb. 1 at the request of her attorney, Andrew Leon.
