Charlie Colin, a founding member of the rock band Train and a Newport Beach native, has died. He was 58.

ABBEVILLE--Bond was set at $1.2 million each for two men charged with shooting into a vehicle in Abbeville Saturday evening

According to Henry County Sheriff Eric Blankenship, the two were arrested in connection with a report of shots fired on South Dale Court in Abbeville at about 7:37 p.m. Saturday. A perimeter was established, and K-9 units were called in to assist with the tracking of the suspects, Blankenship said. “After a lengthy track, it was determined that the suspects had been picked up and transported to Dothan.”
