They didn't announce who they were, opened a closed gate to go in the backyard, the screen door was closed (we leave our door open with a closed screen all the time in the summer), and shot her through the window. How is this the way police should act?
Nothing will come of this video. No charges. No change in police training or procedures. And the police department will pay a huge sum in a lawsuit.

Must wonder out loud: why not go to the front door, knock, announce yourselves as officers looking in on her and ask if she needs help. Am I missing something? Seems like this guy was already dead set on finding a criminal on the premises. He needs to go to jail.

If the neighbor was concerned why didn’t she just go check on her? I bet there is a petty dispute and she called the cops hoping they would shoot her. She was so happy that the cop didn’t ID himself as an officer. The door was closed. It looks like a setup.
