Blackhawks Break Up First Line of Alex DeBrincat, Patrick Kane and Dylan Strome

When the three of them haven't been on the ice? The Blackhawks have been outshot , out-chanced and outscored . A significant discrepancy.

The Blackhawks are looking to balance things out a little more and it was reflected in how the top nine looked. Here's what the line rushes were during Saturday's practice:Alex DeBrincat - Dylan Strome - Taylor RaddyshBoris Katchouk - Reese Johnson - MacKenzie Entwistle *Henrik Borgstrom, Tyler Johnson and Dominik Kubalik were on the outside looking in and will be the healthy scratches up front on Sunday vs. Dallas.

Aside from Kane and Toews being back together, the most interesting combination was the Erie Otters line reunion with DeBrincat, Raddysh and Strome. Perhaps the three of them can recreate the magic they experienced in their OHL days. "They're good players," King said."They can produce, and maybe that gives us a little more balance in our scoring. Right now, with 11 games left, we've got to come up with some different approaches and just see what clicks, what doesn't. We could be shuffling them again next game, so we'll see."
