It ABSOLUTELY has to STOP/it starts with YOU being in compliance with the law, law enforcement not racial profiling However,should law enforcement cross that line, those officers/jurisdictions who violate YOU MUST face sanctions/civil penalties

How many points were made that the whole situation was avoidable? No vape law, doesn’t provide ID, throws a bike, on private property… but to make it all go away… as a blacks person he says “I could of died” jeez
So The Alternative was...... Stop violating the law when ASKED to. OR....NOT resist arrest. I would chose Option 1
