The three-day food festival is scheduled for July 21-23, according to its website.

, the Bite of Seattle is set to return to Seattle Center this July.. The Bite was canceled in 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic; organizers did not provide details as to why the festival was canceled in 2022.

The food festival began in 1982 at Green Lake Park, and has averaged 400,000 visitors over three days at Seattle Center over the years. In addition to the hundreds of food and specialty vendors, the Bite of Seattle features dozens of live bands, as well as cook-off battles, live cooking demos, and more.
