HBO host Bill Maher predicted on Friday night that the criminal indictment of former President Donald Trump will"set off this cycle of revenge."
Maher asked his panel of Republican Virginia Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears and Tablet Magazine columnist James Kirchick for their take on the former president's indictment on his HBO show Real Time with Bill Maher. "I think the tragic part of this is that there are three other investigations going on right now, all of them far more serious than paying off a porn star."
Kirchick cited the investigations into the former president's role on Jan. 6, his Mar-a-Lago documents, and his handling of the Georgia election results as more serious investigations.The HBO host joked that now Gov.
