A crash involving an overturned big rig and multiple other vehicles caused a traffic nightmare for drivers on I-680 near Martinez Wednesday. As of 1:30 p.m., all southbound lanes in that area remain closed as crews work to clean up the scene.

Crews are still working to clean it all up. The CHP says they have opened the slow lane but they don't know when the rest of the lanes will open.
