This salad is colorful and flavorful. The dressing is a wonderful compliment. Easy to prep all ingreds ahead and throw together at last minute. Five ⭐We just got home from a trip to Italy with friends and I needed to bring a salad for our after vacation get together. I found this recipe while googling and it did not disappoint. Everyone loved it! There wasn't a drop left! I made it exactly as the recipe said. No alterations.
This was excellent! Perfect accompaniment to Italian food. I am not the biggest fan of radicchio, but slivered a small amount finely and added. Probably less pepperoncini as well. Used half romaine, half spring mix lettuce. The dressing is outstanding!This was absolutely wonderful! Everybody at the table commented on the salad! I was looking for something that wasn't just a plain 'ole dinner salad, and since we were having Italian food, this was exactly what I wanted.
