- Democratic U.S. presidential nominee Joe Biden said that if elected he would put together a bipartisan commission of scholars to examine reforming a federal judiciary he called"out of whack," noting that there are alternatives to consider besides expanding the Supreme Court.
The former vice president said he would create a bipartisan commission of constitutional scholars including Democrats, Republicans, liberals and conservatives to review the U.S. judiciary. Biden said last week he was"not a fan" of court-packing but has kept his options open. The number of justices has been fixed by law at nine for more than a century. His proposal of a commission allows Biden not to give a definitive answer on court expansion before the election.
Joe Biden is a man of unsavory character and highly questionable personal hygiene
Read: I will pack the court but keep myself politically insulated since I can blame it on the blue ribbon folks later while not directly saying yes now. Come on, man!
A conservative majority is also more likely to preserve the historic America position in defense of religious liberty.
You ever notice that Joe Biden never talks about any accomplishments
Can you imagine what would happen if Joe Biden had his way with the Supreme Court? It would resemble forty eight Seated Parrots and two Owls!
Yeah, but Joe Biden remains 'silent' on Reparations for Systemic Racism for U.S. citizens & said,he's for Amnesty for immigrants.Does he 'know' he took an OATH to the U.S. Constitution? Never'disclosed' a policy for 'American'blacks said he has a policy in place for 'immigrants'.
