Michael LaRosa, first lady Jill Biden's spokesman, confirmed to USA TODAY in an email Wednesday that the dogs are "at the White House," a week after President Joe Biden told "Good Morning America," his pets would arrive back in Washington.
Psaki said on March 9 that the dogs had already been scheduled to be out of town prior to the incident while the first lady was traveling and would return to the White House soon. Speaking March 17 to George Stephanopoulos on"Good Morning America," the president said Major"did not bite someone and penetrate the skin" elaborating that his dog was a"rescue pup" and is getting acclimated to his new home.
