Anyone looking to perk up their eye area
Everyone's under-eye area could use a bit of perking up every once in a while. I've been reaching for, because it gives me absolutely everything I need in that delicate area. I apply it after cleanser and serum, gently tapping my under-eye and orbital bone areas with my ring finger. Then, I just let it soak in. It's lightweight, slippery texture imparts a cooling sensation once it hits my skin.
