On Tuesday, Bexar County Judge Peter Sakai and Bexar County Commissioners approved moving forward with establishing the Bexar County Animal Care Advisory Board to help guide operations at the Bexar County Animal Care Services facility about to be built.
Currently, Bexar County doesn't have an advisory board of its own. Since 2017, the Kirby Animal Services advisory board has been providing guidance to the Bexar County facility.
