Why is that any of the governments business. Did the employee take out a loan to start the company? Did the employee put up their house to secure the loan? If it all goes south are they going to be responsible for the loan? They are paid for a job. If not happy they can quit.

Exactly the RX needed. In Canada & Europe the CEOs don't make more than 50 times workers, that's outrageous worker exploitation. If they won't do the right thing and pay living wages then take it from them to finance the social programs needed bc of their unbridled greed.
