It can be hard to prioritize wellness and self-care during the busy fall season. It's even harder when you have a 18 month-old son who has never slept through the night, but maybe I'm just speaking from my own experience here. So I was thrilled to spend a quick 24 hours in Chicago this week to host a panel in collaboration with Harper's Bazaar, Italian luxury brand Max Mara, and Chicago's premiere wellness and social club BIÂN.
We chatted about all the ways you can incorporate quick wellness strategies into your life when you're short on time—including nutrition changes, quantity versus quality when it comes to exercise, and how beauty and fashion play a pivotal role in our mental wellbeing. Guests snacked on light bites and champagne, participated in retail therapy at the store, and left with a gift bag that included an Rxbar, a recent issue of Bazaar, and a day pass to BIÂN.
