Barr says mail-in voting plans are 'playing with fire' in divided country

Attorney General William Barr said Democratic lawmakers were"playing with fire" by shepherding bills that would allow Americans to vote by mail at the November elections amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

The attorney general also told Fox News host Sean Hannity that it was"reckless and wrong" to conduct elections solely through mail-in ballots. Mass mailing ballots based on registration rolls that are notoriously imaccurate due to deaths and people who have moved is fraught with opportunities for fraud and just plain screw ups. It should not be done. The integrity of our elections must be ensured.

No matter the outcome of this election, the losing side will claim voter fraud for the loss.
