The manager handled it very poorly. You could see on his face that he got nervous when she pointed out the other kid. The mistake he made was defending the other kid even though you could see he knows he just messed up. He should've apologized on the spot and paid for their meal.
I get that certain places have dress codes and if that was the only reason to be denied entry I’d understand. BUT they clearly did not implement that policy on another child and they were dressed the same ! This was discrimination! blm
