NOLA's top cop (and their them of corrupt elected officials) have a horrific record on crime. Only a failing crime infested city like Baltimore could think such a reprehensible thing would be a good idea. Incredibly sad.
Actually after some checking she may be on to something Baltimore is ranked 1 out of 100 with 1 be most crime ridden while New Orleans is ranked a robust 4 out of 100 So I guess going from 1 to 4 would be an imrpovement
