AVON , Ohio - A teenager died in an accident playing a squirt gun game of tag in Avon Saturday afternoon.
When they arrived on scene, they found a woman performing CPR on an 18-year-old man, according to a police report.The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the 18-year-old as Paul Allen. The driver was returning home Saturday afternoon when the victim approached him from his driveway, according to the release.
