Aurora police are conducting a homicide investigation after a 68-year-old man was found dead in his East Side home Friday night.
Someone called 911 about 8:40 p.m. Friday to report the man in the 700-block of Grove Street, police said.Aurora Fire Department paramedics arrived on the scene and the victim, identified as Isidro Nevarez, was pronounced dead. Detectives from the Aurora Police Department's Bureau of Investigations responded to the scene and began investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
