Oregon player Sedona Prince highlighted significant differences in weight room amenities between the men's and women's teams at this year's NCAA Tournament.

"I got something to show y’all. So, for the NCAA March Madness, the biggest tournament in college basketball for women, this is our weight room,” she says while pointing toward a small stack of free weights.

"Now when pictures of our weight room got released versus the men’s, the NCAA came out with a statement saying that it wasn’t money, it was space that was the problem,” Prince says in the video. Lynn Holzman, the NCAA vice president of women's basketball, responded to the video in a statement to NBC News.

Cancel Bugs Bunny as he is a racist

High Schools can’t do this!

This is hilarious! Stupid men trying to get away with stupid shit!

Almost worse than the insult are the made up stories trying to justify their bad decisions. To explain the disparity in “goody bags”, they blamed the weather where the tournaments are being held.

Ridiculous! NCAA there is no excuse for this.

Boohoo, stop the fucking crying. Worry about REAL shit and not this petty shit

Women still have a long way to go. It seems.

All I have been hearing lately are people - mostly men - screaming about how 'unfair' and awful it is to allow trans women to compete on women's sports teams.... If people are SOOOO concerned with fairness and equal opportunity then this crap wouldn't happen. HypocritesAndLiars

Good. Goes to show hypocrisy of the NCAA and adhering to the true meaning of Title IX

notsurprising

It’s 2021 and they still think this is ok The women of this country should cut off the money coming from their families if they don’t support our daughters!

Ridiculous equalityneeded

Many of these women's programs make more money for their schools than their men's teams. Show some damn respect, NCAA.

Sorry, but Have You SEEN the Pitiful 'Weight Room' For Women at March Madness?!The weight-room setup for the NCAA March Madness women's basketball tournament is disrespectful compared to that of the men's teams. So cute that the NCAA thinks that girls apparently max out at 25 lb weights. And there's like what 10 weights total? Do they each get one? So insulting. Love to hear what man thought this was a brilliant idea POPSUGAR Men's basketball makes money women don't. I bet a male high school team could beat the women's teams
