Assistant Director on 'Rust' Who Gave Alec Baldwin Gun Had Safety Issues, Prior Crew Claims

Alec Baldwin should go to jail for his stupidity. As long as he has been in show biz, he should know not to point a prop gun until directed to do so.

Can't imagine the guilt and grief the entire set must be experiencing. An accident that was so easily preventable.... awful from every angle.

Don’t blame the assistant director it was Alec all along. Alec was the producer and as the producer you have final say on your organization. Don’t blame someone with a title of ‘assistant’
