Julian Assange and WikiLeaks have a long history of flummoxing the US government with its publications

When the Justice Department finally unsealed the indictment against him Thursday, it contained a single charge alleging a conspiracy to help Chelsea Manning, the then-US Army intelligence officer who gave files to Assange in 2010, crack a password. Should Assange be extradited from the UK and convicted the maximum sentence he could serve is five yearsA US official briefed on the matter told CNN that the Justice Department expect to bring additional charges.

TPPIn 2015, the Obama administration was working frantically to convince 12 mostly Pacific nations to sign off on the Trans-Pacific Partnership, a large and controversial trade deal that would have strengthened the US's relative position against China. WikiLeaks obtained and then published draft chapters from the TPP, prompting considerable criticism.

Use the words, 'who released sensitive US documents that were stolen'? Far more accurate than flummoxed. I'm beginning to believe you really do fake news.

And the US journalists have a history of doing the same things to other foreign government. Even ACLU is defending Assange.

And now Assange will soon feel the full Benefit of American Hospitality at one of our Class 'A' Federal Facility's!Where he'll receive a Love Felt Welcome from his Future Husband Akeem Mohammed Abdul!

How is pamfoundation going to blow him now?

Wait until he proves to our DOJ that him and Russia didn't hack the DNC.

He should get Michael Avenatti to defend him, he’s available now that CNN is no longer booking him hourly....CNN promoted this leech to the point of suggesting he seek elected office, Left is so deranged

Why the hell was he arrested now - btw who's your new enemy now? Is it still Julian Assange or Trump - cross your 💓 and say

Thank God he exposed the crimes of HillaryClinton Can’t wait for her arrest...

Revealing would be a better word.

Bwatkins777 johnnyj24 Trump is going to get the proof he needs from this. Just wait boyzzzzzzz 👩🏿‍🎓🙏🏿🇷🇺

They also have never retracted something they published. Unlike CNN which lies all day long.

You mean hacking. They weren’t caught for hacking. Let’s not make this sound like a game of hide and seek.

In the meantime ... BUSTED! 🙃

He looks like that ass-hole, Bill Maher

WikiLeaks’ Julian Assange faces U.S. computer-hacking charge after arrest in LondonBreaking: WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has been indicted on a U.S. charge alleging a computer hacking conspiracy to access a classified U.S. government computer, the Justice Department announced shortly after he was arrested by British police. Assange was forcibly removed from the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, where he had been granted sanctuary for nearly seven years, after the South American country's leader ended his diplomatic asylum. I think he is a hero. Both the United States and the United Kingdom are in dire need of a diversion to take the focus off of their horrendous domestic political situation. I guess they think they could do with a 2 for 1 deal!
