“I’m finding it to be one of the worst forms, if not the worst form of that offense.” ASHLAND COUNTY , Ohio - An Ashland County judge said the worst case of animal abuse he has ever seen came through his court Friday.He has already spent 140 days in prison for animal abuse , but Judge David Stumpert said that was not enough.
Stumpert gave Ferrell 18 months in prison after he pleaded guilty to severely abusing a cat back in Dec. of 2023.
