In setting out his reasons why the government needs to know how many noncitizens live where, Trump fired the first shot in what could be a huge political fight in some states two years from now.

I think every American should be dancing with glee to see what an accurate count of our population looks like. How many citizens and how many wonderful immigrants?! We keep saying we love immigrants yet we don't want a count of them. Why? Are the Dems ashamed of immigrants?
