As Senate Rejects Witnesses, House Considers A Subpoena For John Bolton

WASHINGTON ― With the Republican-controlled Senate poised to acquit President Donald Trump on two articles of impeachment without calling a single witness, the Democratic-controlled House may take another look at subpoenaing additional Trump administration officials ― chief among them, former national security adviser John Bolton.

“We’ll see what happens after,” Pelosi said, at that point waiting for the Senate to decide whether to allow witnesses. “I know others have been looking into it,” Rep. Rashida Tlaib said of subpoenaing Bolton in the House. It’s unclear if Bolton would now agree to speak under oath to the House or if he’d still fight a subpoena.

Considers? Why haven't they done that before all this began? And what good is it going to do they'll just deny it anyways

Bolton should be in jail along side his sister Hillary!!!!

I still can’t believe the senate really did this and America just took it. It’s insane. No witnesses or documents at a trial about abuse of power and obstruction of congress. The actions of TheFateful51 to bury the trial for trump is literal proof of the charges in the articles.

It’s ab time for the silent majority to rise. We, the people are sick and tired of the Democrats. They are obstructing the President we elected from doing his elected duties and I am tired of this charade.

It’s time Democrat’s go with a by all means necessary approach like republicans do. I think this is a sort of step in the right direction.

If the house wants to continue with this BS then the Senate should start an investigation into all the many cases of Democratic corruption.
