The Japanese government intends to bring in 345,000 more foreign workers in the next five years to staff sectors including restaurants and construction. But migrant advocates say many workers are exploited and the country needs to overhaul the program.

I used to want to work in Japan, but heard from others that they don't treat migrants very well. You can only work menials jobs, regardless of your education and skills, unless you're a doctor or professor. Teachers also don't pay attention to your kids if they aren't Japanese.

Just like the U.S. except we dont have the radiation problem.
