Akron police have issued an arrest warrant for a 23-year-old Akron man they said struck and killed a bicyclist last month. The driver, identified as David Farren, is described as a white man with brown hair and hazel-colored eyes and a tattoo on his right arm.

Akron police have issued an arrest warrant for a 23-year-old Akron man they said struck and killed a bicyclist last month. According to officers, Jimmy Fletcher, 47 was riding his bicycle northbound on S. Arlington Street around 4 p.m. on Feb. 9 when he was hit by a white sedan that turned onto Ray Street. EMS transported Fletcher to an area hospital, where he died from his injuries several days later. Police said investigators identified the driver as David Farren , 23.

His car was found in Ashtabula and towed back to Akron on March 7. He is described by police as a white man with brown hair and hazel-colored eyes and a tattoo on his right arm. He is 6′4″ and weighs around 188 pounds
