An Army officer and former health official was convicted last week of flouting Covid-19 rules in the first-known court martial of its type, officials said.

But the conviction gives Bashaw a criminal record that may affect his future employment, according to the newspaper that serves the Army community.

YVindman Fully approved vaccines weren't available at APG or anywhere in the US for that matter at time of order issuance. Therefore the junior officer did in fact refuse an illegal order. APG legal team knows the command violated the Nuremberg Code. Hence no punishment. They got spanked.
