The efforts to hand-count ballots are driven by unfounded concerns among some Republicans that problems with vote-counting machines or voter fraud led to former President Donald Trump's 2020 defeat.

Can you yell out Lake’s winning numbers now in those five counties. No need to go through a charade of counting ballots . Hand counts are the most secure and accurate way to get a tally. Doubtful, when the people doing the count are tainted.
WashExm’s “unfounded concerns” as it turns out we’re quite founded and moreover proved and results overturned. “Unfounded” means it never happened, but it certainly DID happen objectively. Not enough to overturn election results entirely but they did happen.
