Apple is abusing Market Power in a way that makes it difficult to compete on their platforms. The lawsuit is valid both legally and logically.

There seems to be a misunderstanding as to how the US gov't is using anti-competition laws in the case against Apple. I'm no legal expert, but from what I've read, the core problem is Apple's various platforms allow 3rd parties but, through , never actually allow for free and fair competition on said Platforms and as thus is liable to be sued.

Market Power : Gov't don't care if you're a Monopoly, what they care about is if you're actively abusing your enhanced Market Position to limit competition or promote your own products.
